Questionable Competence
They sent a grooved sample rather than the square sample that was ordered. Therefore, it's not really a sample when you don't know what the edges are actually going to look like. Puts them at the bottom of the list of supplier options. Why would I spend thousands with them if they can't even get a $5 sample correct. Not to mention it took over 2 months to ship. Chances are that they won't make right by their mistake here either....

Purchased when Lowes member got a discount. Order was delayed multiple times. I accepted the delays each time so the order did not cancel. After delaying for over one month, the order was cancelled on their end.
