The main handle frame was bent. Instead of me taking a picture and sending it to Toro to verify for replacement, i would have to lug the whole machine to one of their authorized service centers which, by the way, is not close to me. Besides that the machine is about 100 lbs and too heavy for me to transport to that location to verify. My other option was to return it to Lowes and start over. Again, too heavy for me to transport. A GOOD company would have just sent me a new replacement handle.

Would Recommend

I bought it for the lighter snows that are overkill using a two stage machine that I have. This machine punches way above its weight class. It handles 8 inches of snow with no problem and it throws it very far. It’s very fuel efficient and powerful. It starts on one pull and is very easy to maneuver. It folds up compact for easy transport and storage and is relatively lightweight. My only gripe about it is that it is not made in the USA. I definitely recommend this machine.
