Fulfillment terrible
The product is fine and what I expected. The Curbside fulfillment was a very poor experience exhibiting apathy & a lack of training. Additionally, fulfillment personnel should be able to tell a customer why and order was altered and do so in realtime at the time of pickup. Also, forklift operators ought to have some basic understanding on how to load a trailer for wight distribution and not dump strapped lumber like a sack of flour from the forklift.
