What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the lumber quality and value, noting that straight, strong studs are readily available with careful selection. Most find the wood stable and well-suited for framing and DIY projects, particularly when kiln-dried. Many appreciate the reasonable pricing relative to quality. However, some encounter inconsistency in stock, with occasional warped or knotty pieces requiring inspection before purchase. A small group feels pricing is high, though most consider the overall value worthwhile for construction needs.

This wood is affordable, but many pieces are moldy or broken when I sort through them. I've noticed that about half start splitting within a day or so of getting them home. They do the job, but they don't hold up as well as I'd like.

Straight and reliable for garage shelving project
These kiln-dried Douglas Fir studs were excellent for building shelves in my garage. They arrived straight with very little bow or twist, which is crucial for good results. The wood quality is solid, easy to cut and nail without splitting. Kiln drying means less shrinking later on. Great value and performed as expected for my framing needs. Would buy again.

Why would anyone pay these prices for your horrible quality lumber unless they didn't absolutely need it. 4 times the price of a year ago, absolutely
