Extra tiny ring under ring
I needed to use pleated drapery hooks on my drapes instead of the clamps in my situation and this style ring has the extra small, closed ring above the clamps which enabled me to do that. I could take off the hooks and save them but chose to leave them in place as they do not show or interfere with function. Clamps were strong but teeth could not open or go deep enough into my very thick, lined fabric.
