Damaged
The pullout drawer came damaged. I had to glue it together and I can’t believe they don’t make a standard soft close slider. Going to get some sliders that are soft closed and rebuild the drawer. When I get done, I could’ve built a new one.

These pull-out drawers completely transformed my cabinets. They’re sturdy, smooth, and make it so much easier to access everything without having to dig around in the back. The installation was straightforward, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I only wish I had installed them sooner—they’ve made my kitchen much more functional and organized. Highly recommend!

The measuring instructions appear to apply to a different order form. Regardless of the dimensions specified, they simply reduce each measurement by 0.5 inch. This is not acceptable and does not meet the requested specifications.

Excellent Product - Easy Install
This could easily be installed by a novice, but would be times consuming. However, with the included template I installed 2 shelves in under 30 minutes. The instructions are concise and picture oriented. The quality of the product is better than expected. The roller glides are smooth too. Great product from a company that has pride in what it offers. I have to laugh at what people pay a Pro to do. Saved about $300 doing it myself.

High Quality and Relatively Easy to Install
It is a very high quality, relatively easy to install pull-out drawer. The size I selected was perfect for the space I had in the cabinet under my laundry sink to organize cleaning supplies. The only complaint is that the drawer front had a bottom lip on it that caught on the bottom cabinet facing (frame). I was able to sand the bottom of the drawer and it now works smoothly. If not for this, I would have given the product five stars!
