The pullout drawer came damaged. I had to glue it together and I can’t believe they don’t make a standard soft close slider. Going to get some sliders that are soft closed and rebuild the drawer. When I get done, I could’ve built a new one.

Some challenges and disappointment...
pro's - shelf constructed well/sturdy, installation video more comprehensive than written directions, and measuring instructions were accurate for sizing con's - not as easy to install as shown, primarily trying to fit into a cabinet split with a shelf that doesn't have enough space for any adult body to squeeze in and then angle the screwdriver to function and secure the back screws, plus the back rail kept moving with even a little movement. When the 2 drawer slides were installed, I lost 8" ...

Excellent Product - Easy Install
This could easily be installed by a novice, but would be times consuming. However, with the included template I installed 2 shelves in under 30 minutes. The instructions are concise and picture oriented. The quality of the product is better than expected. The roller glides are smooth too. Great product from a company that has pride in what it offers. I have to laugh at what people pay a Pro to do. Saved about $300 doing it myself.

High Quality and Relatively Easy to Install
It is a very high quality, relatively easy to install pull-out drawer. The size I selected was perfect for the space I had in the cabinet under my laundry sink to organize cleaning supplies. The only complaint is that the drawer front had a bottom lip on it that caught on the bottom cabinet facing (frame). I was able to sand the bottom of the drawer and it now works smoothly. If not for this, I would have given the product five stars!

The measuring instructions appear to apply to a different order form. Regardless of the dimensions specified, they simply reduce each measurement by 0.5 inch. This is not acceptable and does not meet the requested specifications.

Simple and Easy
These Slide-a-Shelf products are as advertised. Simple and easy to install. The template squares up your rails with the front edge of your shelf so that they are parallel. Then you use just install the rails per the instructions. Instructions are detailed and specific. You receive the drawer, rails, screws and template. Right angle power screw driver is very helpful. Makes me happy every time I use them!
These sliding shelves are wonderful. First of all, they fit perfectly. They look good, they are sturdy, the mechanism for sliding works great, and the installation instructions were really good and easy to follow. I'm so happy not to have to get down on the floor trying to get to the pots and pans that are in this cabinet.... just slide out the shelves and effortlessly find what I'm looking for. There are a lot of choices for sliding shelves, and I'm happy I chose the right one!

Be Careful of Width Measurement
I received the sliding shelve yesterday. Quality is very high and the sliders are very solid, not cheap. While expensive with tax and shipping, it is probably worth the cost. However the product page indicates an actual width. This is not the width of the product but the width of the product opening. When I ordered a 19" width, it measures 18.5" because they allow for 0.5% to the sides. I had already accounted for 1" so now its 1.5" narrower than the actual opening.
