Good trim

I liked how this product made it easy to separate the bathroom floor from the hallway carpet. We had a difficult time at the store finding the right size, but had to improvise. Otherwise this product did its job and held the carpet in place.

High quality pre-gapped

Excellent quality, this product is really good quality and is pre-gapped for your mortar. This product is the name brand inventor of this and you can tell the quality difference between this and the off brand other stores carry, doesn’t twist, bend or flex easy. But is still easy to manipulate and cut for your job. No need to worry about trying to get the gap right for your tile as it comes with a small lip built in for that. The off brand doesn’t have that.

Curbside pickup issue

Multiple issues: 1. App showed items in store. Go to store and they don't have any. 2. App gives option to pickup curbside for next morning 3. Receive notification in email that pickup will be at a different location 4. Pull in to the designated space and click thru to say I am here. Nothing comes up 5. After retrying multiple times, decided to go into the store. 6. Decided to check to make sure I received the correct items (ordered 5). Turns out 2 of them were incorrect. Had to wait longer for ...
