I've ordered this same cabinet and returned 5 times. It comes damaged every time. I reached my limit dont won't to reorder. it has pushed my completion of my kitchen. i has ordered 13 cabinets. This is not the 1st one returned. Need a resolution and reordering is not an option. boxes always damaged. hardware was not even in boxes. looks like a return from someone else.

Make sure you read the fine print...
Didn't realize they were RTA. I thought I was buying the already assembled cabinets. So, RTA means, ready to assemble. They are time consuming to build but I got quicker with each cabinet I made. The are made of good quality materials!

Not the Quality I Expected!
I appreciate the plywood construction and overall design; however, one of the wood panels arrived damaged, and several pieces did not fit together properly or securely. Since I am using this unit in my garage, I will keep it, but if it were intended for use in a more visible area of my home, I would likely return it.

no pre drilled holes
putting this cabinet together was ok until you want to install the most important items. instructions say pre drill spots for bottom and upper trays. nothing for base or upper tray. Then comes the door NO pre drill marks on either side. This multi fold door, has to be installed in the exact location or it will not close. should have returned but had base already assembled. Called the number for information measurements NO NO clue what i was asking for. told me the size of the cabinet and door s...
