Of course I had an easy time picking this up. I walked in the store to exchange a broken unit and my wife decided to go with drawers instead. Went right over to the shelf and got it myself. The customer service clerk helped me with the online price and her co-worker had his little zapper right there to show it was picked up and just like that, I took it home and put it together.

HORRIBLE CABINETS

Would Not Recommend

I have purchased (4) cabinets recently and EVERY ONE of them had some sort of damage due to shipping. Have no idea why Lowes would sell these knowing they ALL get damaged during shipping.

Purchased these build your own cabinets for the first time. I wanted to see if i would recommend them to clients and to see how much more labor these would be. I had a pull out cabinet that was supposed to have predrilled holes for the slide. It did not. When I called customer service (in a call center where I could here many other people), they said Lowe's and the manufacturer do not offer a replacement for the part. I asked if they had the placement measurements, and they said they did not and...

Broken packing

Would Recommend

The product pack was torn at corners and the larger door was broken. I ordered a replacement and that was also in same packaging condition and the door was also broken on sane corner even worse than the first one. Now i have ordered third one. Lets see if that one is broken or not

Lack of instruction for some installation parts

Would Recommend

Awesome cabinet quality. BUT, for installation of the rotating part (lazy susan), there was no guideline where to screw it. We had to measure, and use leveling tool to make sure it’s in a decent place. I recommend resolving this issue.

I recently renovated my kitchen and used several of the Reliabilt base cabinet sizes. They are all made of great quality wood. The drawers are spacious and fully extend. The soft close feature is an added bonus. The basil green is beautiful!!

no pre drilled holes

putting this cabinet together was ok until you want to install the most important items. instructions say pre drill spots for bottom and upper trays. nothing for base or upper tray. Then comes the door NO pre drill marks on either side. This multi fold door, has to be installed in the exact location or it will not close. should have returned but had base already assembled. Called the number for information measurements NO NO clue what i was asking for. told me the size of the cabinet and door s...

36 inch base gray cabinet

I've ordered this same cabinet and returned 5 times. It comes damaged every time. I reached my limit dont won't to reorder. it has pushed my completion of my kitchen. i has ordered 13 cabinets. This is not the 1st one returned. Need a resolution and reordering is not an option. boxes always damaged. hardware was not even in boxes. looks like a return from someone else.
