worked great for 6 months
Worked great for 6 months and then started having problems unlocking, and now after just over a year it won't unlock at all. It keeps getting stuckhalfway, even if you test it with the door open it will still get stuckhalfway. Thankful we have a key
Works really well - Programming "different"
Access to the door handle programming button requires sliding the interior compartment cover "up" to remove. The installer didn't realize that, and mounted the deadbolt right above the door handle. We now have to remove the dead bolt device from the door to program the handle. It's 20ºF/-6.7ºC outside, and we have to have the door open to do all of that!
