Complicated Programming that never worked

There is a reason this lock is not that expensive. Within 6 months I bought an upgrade from a different more reputable brand. This product has poor instructions and after figuring out how to program the keypad, it worked three times and then acted as if I put in the wrong code. The worst.

Right out of the box I was having issues programming. The deadbolt did not come with instructions so I was left with trial and error. I got it installed in the door, but I had continuous issues getting it programmed. Before returning into the store, I installed a brand new set of batteries. It worked for about a week to two weeks and we are back to flashing red and beeping five times. I will be returning this.
