The control for pairing to bluetooth is in the attic unless you figure out another solution. On one of mine, I had the electrician drop the box down thru the ceiling. Had to adjust the temp settings because now the sensor is in the room instead of the attic. Now I have a strange little black box with blinking lights on my wall. On the 2nd one, he cut an access hole thru the garage ceiling so I can get to it. I'm old. I'm not going to be crawling thru the attic in this lifetime. Good news, t...

I think this fan works really well, especially since my place gets pretty hot. I need it in the summer for ventilation, and it does a great job pulling the air out. It helps keep the air fresh and makes the room feel much more comfortable. It’s also pretty easy to use, so overall I’m really happy with it.
Attic Fan
Very easy to install. App is a nice feature to have if you want to change the settings without having to crawl into the attic. Didn’t realize this model only had a high and low speed. I would upgrade next time to include the medium speed. Fairly quiet but you can hear it, especially on high.
The instructions were simple, set up was simple.
Easy setup and installation. The Bluetooth could be better.

Installation complexity will be determine by your wall. Other than that very easy to install. I was not sure of how efective it would be. Y it has lowered the temperature inside of the house significantly. Considering in buying a second one for the garage

The description says that this fan has automatic temperature and humidity control but the specifications say that it had no thermostat or humidistat control. Does this model have automatic control?
