I like that its the industrial style, open pull down system. Many of the other faucet options offering the same design, are vastly more expensive. So price was another huge plus for me as well!

Bad product
The hose that connects the spray head falls out of the base of the faucet causing water to come from the base of the spring. This faucet lasted about 3 minutes of use. I put the hose back into the base but would pop out with little manipulation. The two O are the only thing keeping the hose into the faucet base. They were flat and not 0 shaped. Although removal of old faucet and installation took thirty minutes. I am still not happy i have to repeat this process because of such a bad product

**I love the Design...
