Bought this last December 2024. It’s the worst Maytag washer I’ve ever had . It agitates before there is hardly any water. The extra power feature when you use it your clothes look mangled and wearing on clothes so I just turn off the machine. I’m so tired of having to hang out by this washer to see if there’s enough water in it. I should have said something sooner, it is so noisy and loud. I don't care for the lock system since no children are around at the time I wash. Never buy a floor / clearance item for Lowe’s

I purchased this machine in May 0f 2024. It arrived damaged and I had to wait a ridiculous time to get a new one. I purchased this because of the XL size but was disappointed beyond words. Terrible

I've had this washing machine for a little over two years. It's the worst washer in the world. Always unbalanced. Takes hours to wash one load. Loud with the banging and moving across the floor. I've troubleshooted changed the rods, tried everything to get it to wash a load (big, small) without going off the rails. I've had to take half the load out soaking wet trying to get it spin and it keeps adding water while spinning. Right now I started a load at 12:30 and it's now 2:15 and it's "paused" ...

Lasted less than 2 1/2 years

When you start the cycle, the machine goes to sensing for about three minutes and then tells you your clothes are clean in the app and says washing complete on the machine. A quick google search showed many others have the same issue. Should be recalled. Maytag should make this right for customers. I'm sure the repair would be very expensive. I just ordered another machine.

Leaks

After hook up, it was leaking water all over the floor. Have been working with Maytag ever since in order to get replacement parts. 1 star because it looks nice.
