Washer only lasted 2 years and one month and then broke, when i reach out to Maytag support manufacture they want me to pay $360 to have a repair tech out to review or a year extended warreny for $400.

Good washer. Worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too many bells and whistles. The buttons are too sensitive. Its quite. Washes clothes just as a washer should. I like the waterfall feature. I would buy another Maytag.

Worst washer ever

This washer can even handle a pair of socks. The machine electronic sensors are so dumb. I cant name the many bugs this washer has. The most annoying is when it try to sensor the load weight and pour water to balance it. It gets confused and waste water by pouring even more water. It gets to some point where the dummy washer doesnt even move and wash. I have owned crappy top washer handmade in mexico and those work far way better. Those can handle whatever you throw at it. Worst purchase ever

Had my first one lasted 2 months and quit. Then replaced with warranty lasted 8 months and fighting to get something done. Not only that but took almost 2 months to get the new one.

Hard Pass

Very disappointed in this product. The washer does not fill up with enough water. I understand all new washers use minimal water, but I have NO water in the tub when the agitator starts. You can't get clean clothes with no water. I have to fill up stove pots of hot water for towels, whites, etc.

Service codes

Constantly reading codes less than a year after purchase display screen froze. Customer service only open Monday through Friday. Gggrrr

Long time Maytag family.. not impressed

Have owned maytag appliances our entire lives and this washer is only 2 years old (purchased in 2024). Starting to give fault codes, make odd noises, tripping my homes breaker, cannot balance itself when “out of balance” is detected no matter the size of the load, recently noticed on some heavy duty loads the impeller barely turns and doesn’t even rotate any of the clothes... I purchased this Maytag washer in 2024, and it has already failed. From early on, I dealt with constant out-of-balance errors, even with normal loads that were properly distributed. It became increasingly frustrating and unreliable to use. Now, barely two years after purchasing it, the washer needs a repair that will cost more than $500. LOVE THE TECHNOLOGY

It takes a little getting used to, but this washer does a great job no matter what cycle you choose to use. I am loving my new washing machine.

DO NOT BUT IF YOUR USE TO THE WASHERS OF DAYS GONE BY…..we have own Maytag for years because they can stand up to anything the farm can throw at it…..except these new machines……upgraded from the 90’ model to this to wash the king bedding at home and have regrets from the first time we washed with it……these new machines have a load sensing balancing thing and if it even detects a hint of unbalancing it will stop refilled the tub and try again over and over and over till it either a doesn’t sense ...

Unbalanced drum

I like everything about this washer Except its inability to balance sheets every time I wash them. It doesn’t matter if I wash one king sized set or two, the sheets end up in a wet ball and the drum is unbalanced, requiring me to pull out dripping wet sheets and placing them back in the drum balanced. Worst machine

This is the worst washing machine I have ever had. It’s a Maytag Commercial Technology MVW7232HW3. I’ve had it for one year. I bought the top loader this time and the clothes are very wrinkled There is no manual. I use minimal soap in the dispenser ( tide sensitive) and I have to wash up to three times with darks to get the soap out. When I wash sheets they end up in a ball so I have to completely restart the cycle because you can’t unlock the machine. There is no rinse and spin cycle I do...

Bought this washer in July of 24. After a delayed installation of approximately 1 month, began to experience problems and called for first service call in Dec 24. Repeated service calls would seem to fix the problems but they would return. Unbalanced loads no matter the size load. Water coming from somewhere, flooding the floor. Maytag customer service says since the escalation process didn’t occur within 90 days of the last service, they won’t honor the initial 1 yr warranty to cover all parts...

Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It can have Deep Fill and Short Cycle! I love that! It cleans very well. I can reach the bottom of the tub without standing on a stool! There are so many settings to choose from. I love it!!!

Don’t buy

My washer is only 3 years old and it’s making a horrible squealing sound during spin. Washers should not need repair within 3 years, don’t buy
