My Item was never delivered. Never was called to advise me or tell me why my item was delivered. Horrible customer service.

Too many settings that I cannot change or reset. None of the settings actually dry in one load. AND there is NO light in the dryer drum!! My bad for not reading too far into the details. I assumed that given the year make and model, I assumed it would come with a light in the drum. It does not.

Avoid this Maytag product
Bought this dryer about 8 years ago with its companion washer. The washer literally self-destructed 3 year ago, blowing up and damaging the wall next to it. The dryer doesn't start when I press the Start button. I fiddle with the knob, but nothing matters. I push the start / pause button, and it beeps at me. It doesn't start. I unplug the dryer and try again. Same result. It just beeps at me. This dryer is a poster-child for the overly-complicated electronic devices that should be made more simp...

GREAT PROBLEM SOLVER & EASY TO USE

Totally regret this purchase!
I don’t know how this dryer doesn’t have a 1-star review. It makes me angry every time I use it. The lint trap is horrible. Every time you remove the lint it’s a whole ordeal because the lint falls everywhere and makes a huge mess! I constantly have to clean it from inside the vent and inside the dryer where it automatically falls. I hate this purchase. Such a bummer because I thought I had done my research. I’m stuck but can save others from this mistake, keep scrolling don’t buy this!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this unit plus the stands for them to sit on -Oct 2025. What a wonderful unit. Dryer-Love the "quick dry" setting - use it often. Love the simple large control knobs. Washer-Love that I can just use the "spin and drain" setting for some items washed somewhere else. Washer-Love that I can use a "quick wash" setting for items not really dirty or use the "bulky items" setting /pillows , so it doesn't get unbalanced. Heck, I just love...
