I bought this cooktop and the griddle that goes with it. I haven’t gotten the griddle yet after 4 months!! Maytag tells me it’s back ordered. I rated it 2 stars because you don’t get what you paid for.

Works but burns hotter than normal.

Looks great. Works. Only issue is that the front right burner is not calibrated correctly i think. It cooks hard even at it's ultimate lowest setting. We've burned food a lot. The other burners seem to take longer than usual to warm up.

Neutral is all I can give. This product was to come with a griddle. I should have read the reviews before expecting this to be true. The cooktop remained in a box until installation, for 45 days after purchase. My first attempt to get the griddle was denied by Maytag, they said I had to claim it within 30 days. Nothing on anything indicated this timeframe. I figured it was a wash, but after installation I called to register it and got into a conversation on the griddle. Apologies were made and I...
