What Customers Are Saying

The refrigerator has a spacious interior with good storage and organization. It features an attractive, fingerprint-resistant stainless steel design and effective cooling and temperature control. However, there are issues with the ice maker, including ice getting stuck, slow production, and water leaks. The compressor and ice maker are also reported to be noisy. The water dispenser is poorly designed, causing drips and splashes. Some customers have concerns about the long-term reliability of the product, with early failures reported. Overall, the refrigerator provides good value and features, but has notable design and quality control issues.

The ice maker went shortly after purchase a warranty replacement was completed and then right after the warranty expired it went again. The door shelves are flimsy and have all cracked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it's a good refrigerator. A couple of things I feel could use improvements are noise, it could be a bit quieter. Also the design of the water and ice dispenser could have been better, sometimes while dispensing ice the glass hits the water button and spills water.

Have had the fridge. For no more than just past 90 days. And the first compressor went out on us. Then after the first repair came out and they replaced the compressor the second compressor then went out on us. Have not received any Fair compensation for this. The only Grace is that this is under warranty. All of my appliances are either whirlpool or Maytag. What happened when those were supposed to be great appliances or trustworthy is beyond me. Now for two and a half months with a family for ...

Expensive Mistake

Delivery was delayed almost a year so I didn’t receive it until late 2021 - thankfully we were provided with a loaner in the interim. I was told that because delivery was delayed, an extra year of my warranty would be honored since we technically missed the 1 year manufacturer warranty due to delivery delay (should’ve got that in writing because it wasn’t honored due to m...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible Have had the refrigerator for 2 1/2 months and the ice dispenser does not work. I have always been a fan of Maytag products and this has put a bad taste in my mouth. I expect quality when I pay $$$$ for a product.

Loud & Ice Dispenser

Would Not Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall refrigerator seems to run a lot and seems loud. Do not like that the ice cube dispenser is at a weird angle and you can’t fit a larger cup under it.
