DO NOT BUY!

We purchased this washer through the Lowe’s in Raynham, Ma. We paid for the removal of our old washer and for installation. The reason we decided upon this washer is because it states it can was King sized comforters. Great Washer

Did a lot of research and price comparisons before purchasing. Wanted something with a larger capacity and ran across this washer. Read many reviews and decided this was the one. Has taken some time to figure all the features out, but making progress! The LG Thin Q app is a great added feature and is helpful with reminders. Our only issue is cosmetic, but the markings on the touch buttoned for power and start/pause have already worn away in 8 months?!?

The product itself was perfectly adequate. The customer service and delivery, however, were an unmitigated disaster. And if you should ever have the misfortune of needing to use the warranty, prepare yourself for a masterclass in corporate evasion—because you certainly won’t be speaking with an actual human being. Front panel label wears off when it gets wet

I love this washer. With one exception, the label on the front is not water resistant or waterproof. Ours is completely rubbed of and we cannot use the other features because we have no idea what they are. It will cost another $20-$30 to buy another one. LG Turbo Wash Front Loader year 2026

This washer works perfect. I read the reviews and alot of the bad one's didn't even pertain to this washing machine. For one there's no glass front it's plastic. I washed my queen size comforter in it and a load of towls and it did not move around. It's not that noisy plus I don't know of a silent clothes washer. Horrendous experience

I got the LG very large w/d set through my local Lowes store. The worker there rang up the whole order. I opened up a Lowes card in that process per the Lowes representative for additional savings. He scanned it in and it reflected on my Lowes cc for the savings and also put the whole amount on the Lowes cc. LG Mega Capacity Smart Front Load Washer and Dryer

The symbols on the display panel buttons completely faded in 3 months. Since this is cosmetic is is not covered under warranty. There were several occasions where water has leaked out from the door of the washer and ruined my hardwood flooring. If you put the dryer temperature on high, the inside metal grate burns leaving a permanent dark burn spot on the grate. The dryer senses clothes are dried, but still damp. .

I bought this LG washer 6 months ago installer did not install properly I called warranty due to noise they were in Philippine didn’t help called Lowe’s since we bought it from them I am on phone for hrs no one is helping me.
