Don’t waste your money

The wash cycles take forever. The clothes come out twisted together and in knots. I don’t know how any are getting clean when they come out in a ball. Also, it smells horrible! I leave the door and the soap tray open after each use as directed. My husband has taken it apart once and found so much sludge in the rubber door piece and behind the basin. Huge capacity

I bought this washer about a week ago. So far I am loving it. The capacity is huge! We are a family of 5 that has never ending laundry and this helps keep it at bay. The settings are easy to work. Most cycles are about 1 hr long. There is a speedwash cycle that is complete in 15 min. Preprogrammed cycles get the clothes very CLEAN! BAD washer and dryer!!!

Product is a piece of GARBAGE! DO NOT waste your money and opt for a simpler version without all the stupid sensors (it will do a much better job). The washer doesn’t even use enough water to fully wet the clothing 🤮 so you know it’s not clean (even with small loads). And forget about DRYING small loads because the sensor will auto shot off every 30 seconds “because it’s a small load”. But just because it’s a small load…it doesn’t mean the dryer can magically dry any piece of clothing in 30 sec...
