repair issues

the dampness sensor for the dryer stopped working within a month of owning the dryer. I have been waiting for 2 months for LG to repair it for me and they still haven't done so. so overall I am very unsatisfied.

I purchased an LG washer and dryer set from Lowes.com on May 25 with an expected delivery date of June 20. The delivery was delayed to June 24, but only the washer was delivered. I later learned the dryer had arrived damaged and that a replacement had been ordered. I have now been told the replacement dryer is not expected to be delivered until July 24. Washing Machine: Positive side: Has a nice large tub that doesn't tilt should the load become lopsided, also fits a Queen size bedspread. Relatively quiet. Negative side: Not straightforward at all, takes quite a bit of time and effort to figure it out as the manual isn't very helpful. Doesn't cover the clothing and doesn't wash properly. Would Recommend

The right side of the lint trap kept catching sleeves and drawstrings and damaging clothing. I wedged a piece of foam rubber there and it has taken care of the problem but the problem shouldn't have been there in the first place. It was difficult to find a setting that didn't roast my clothing. Started using 'Delicate' but then it didn't get dry. Setting the time and temperature separately seems to work. Does very well with wrinkle guard and is quiet.
