I purchased an LG washer and dryer set from Lowes.com on May 25 with an expected delivery date of June 20. The delivery was delayed to June 24, but only the washer was delivered. I later learned the dryer had arrived damaged and that a replacement had been ordered. I have now been told the replacement dryer is not expected to be delivered until July 24. What has been most frustrating is that I was charged for both appliances on June 24, even though I still have not received the dryer. I've conta...
Lowes delivered the dryer and my other appliances, however, they didn’t deliver the washer. They could not find the washer which I ordered three months prior to the delivery. I sent the dryer back. Lowe’s has not compensated me for my washer and dryer.
