Refrigerator is great and fits wonderfully in my kitchen. Deleivery with Lowes was TERRIBLE!!! Deliverly staff was rude uncoopertive and not porfessional refused to remove the doors on the refrigerator so it would fit into the house I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER APPLIANCES THAT REQUIRES THEM TO DELIVER

Craft Ice Is Not Round

One of the main reasons for buying this refrigerator was the dual ice makers with the craft ice. Brochures sales people and pictures all showed round ice balls. The ice is not round. All have a flat spot on the side of the ball. LG gave instructions on things to try with no results. Technician came out and checked everything and said the ice maker was working properly but that it would not make totally round ice. He said that none of them did.
