Well this is a mixed situation. The unit itself is satisfactory other than the ice dispensing is quite sporadic. The ice machine jammed and clumped together. The fact that there is no light in the bottom freezer is a little odd and that the display does not show the actual temperature in the refrigerator or the freezer just what it said at so you have no idea what it really is.

I purchased this about a month ago and so far so good. I needed to replace my old fridge and the price point on this one was right for me. The craft ice is a plus but it takes about 3 hours to make one. Overall, my family is satisfied with it.

Will never buy another LG refrigerator again. Craft ice maker went bad before the one year warranty. Couldn’t get the mfg to come out to fix it so I had to do it myself. Now I’m getting a notification that the fan is bad? LG is no help . Will have to call out some other company to repair it. Next time I’ll just replace it with another Samsung. They seam to last 10-15 years before anything goes bad!

We had this refrigerator delivered and installed by Lowe's. It never worked after waiting for more than a day for it to cool. Only the lights worked.

Wrong item
Horrible refridgerator. When it was delivered I told them THREE times it was the WRONG ONE and I was ignored like they never heard me. Now I am trying to get it returned to get the one that I actually wanted. Have had nothing but problems with LG products. Never use them again.

It lasted 3 weeks
Of course, we chose not to purchase the extended service plan that Lowes offers. 3 weeks into owning the fridge, i have a CF E error, which means the condenser fan has stopped working. Lowes (at least so far with my multiple calls) won't do anything about this because we didn't buy a service plan, so i'm relying on LG to fix/replace it. LG's solution in the mean time is for me to store my food in a cooler - meanwhile, telling me that their techs are booked and they don't know when they can ...

We love all the features!
I got my new referral about a week ago, I absolutely love it, the delivery guys was prompt and professional. There was one thing we didn’t know the water was supposed to be shut off, and the water line for the ice making was supposed to be in hooked. So we didn’t get to use it right away. I do think that information should be passed along to the customer. Other than that I am very satisfied.

Craft ice maker has been replaced 5 times. Each time they just put in a new ice maker. Never tried to figure out why it was breaking. LG customer service was terrible. I called Lowe’s customer service and they were even worse. That is the 4th appliance I bought from Lowe’s in a year and may very well be the last. Very disappointed.
