Absolutely terrible
It looks like other people are having this same problem. Has anybody figured out how to hold LG responsible for this? This dryer is burning and melting all of my clothing. I kept thinking that I was the problem. So I kept adjusting settings and had a plumber check our gas, etc. But even on the lowest of settings, this dryer is absolutely melting all of our clothing. It has ruined hundreds of dollars worth of clothing and bedding. It is absolutely awful. What can I do?

Wrong delivery made right
Wrong products came and the dryer was dented. Delivery men E and Cris quickly hooked us up with management to come to a satisfactory agreement and machine was installed. Kudos to your delivery men. Great hire.

DOES NOT DRY
Lowes was great and gave me another when the first one didnt dry. The second one doesnt fully dry either. dont know why consumer reports gave it such a good rating i would love a refund to get another brand or if someone can please tell me why this expensive dryer does not dry

RUINING MY LAUNDRY!!
I bought this dryer a little over 6 months ago. It worked great for about 4 months but then it started ruining my clothes! There are deposits of black residue that seem to be melted onto all clothing, towels, blankets, sheets, etc that come out of that dryer. This residue is like a hard melted plastic or metal material that is sharp & scratches the skin. The steam fresh cycle also is not great as it leaves wet areas on the clothing when the cycle ends. Love the back color
