Never received product
Ordered and paid in full for this door in July. As of today, the order still gas not been fulfilled. Keep being told Lowe's has an IT issue. Decided today to purchase the door somewhere else. Very unhappy about this. Will not uses Lowe's again for any installation projects after this experience. Would give Zero stars if I could.

Amazing
Russ and Bill need a number higher than “10” - let’s make it a 15! When one of my two storm doors had a dent, Russ immediately checked with the store, found a replacement, and delivered the new door very quickly!! This really helped my installer who had today open to hang the doors!! Huge thanks!!

Make sure you get warranty
Unfortunately, less than an hour after installer left, screen was dripping half an inch, thinking the lock is not working properly.
