The installation manual is available on Lowe’s website, so I was able to confirm the measurements and prep everything the day before delivery. I had it up in a couple hours after receipt!

The door is sturdy and attractive. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Good quality storm door with a nice pet door

This is just perfect for our dog and cat to get from the house into the mostly climate controlled garage. Kitty has a litter box out there and the dog has a doggie door out of the garage into a 5x10 kennel so they can do what they want, when they want.

Discontinued

Trying to replace the pet door flap, since the magnet doesn't work after one year. I can't imagine having to PURCHASE A NEW DOOR just because they don't have the flap to replace a low-quality magnet, after one year. I'm pretty upset at Lowe's and Larson for this.

Quality Door but NOT the size stated

The actual door IS NOT 81". The door itself is just under 78 7/8" with a bottom expander attachment to make up to 81". Be VERY careful in measuring what you need for the height of the door. I expected to receive a 79 7/8"-80" door with an expander sweep like the door I removed. We are now having to modify and jerry-rig the bottom to fit the opening. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this mislabeled product.

Mostly OK

I've had this door for 2 weeks over a year. It has been pretty good for the time, as my pup grew to 80lbs, he's been able to get low enough to get through it. However, suddenly the one magnet to seal it is NOT WORKING AT ALL. I used a cleaner to remove any grime but it hasn't been sealed. IT'S COLD!

Durable

Eazy install. we have a 70 lb staffy and foster other pups. They have hit this door many times during zoomies and have not broken it yet. It was installed 10 months ago and no issues.
