Can you put wheels on top chest

What is drawer depth

What is the actual height of this cabinet? It says 18' but I would believe it is the 24.8" and the front to back is 18" Want to double check before I order. My bottom cabinet is 22" from front to back. Thanks

Do the drawers lock with the key as well or just the top chest portion

Does the lid have to be up to open the drawers, or do they latch another way? I plan on using this in a vehicle that only has 32" ceiling clearance, so the lid probably won't quite open completely, but I want to still use the drawers obviously.
