This is a pretty good chest HOWEVER I didn't buy a floor model but that's what I got. Not happy about that. I've been spending a lot of money at Lowe's recently and I feel as though I was takes advantage of with this purchase. The bottom rolling cabinet came complete with A BAG OF TRASH IN IT!!??!

all are damaged don't buy with out looking over
product decent, but had to dedicate an entire weekend to buying these, taking them home only to unwrap and find damage, did this 6 times before eventually opening and checking them out before buying at the stores. saved hours worth of driving. after checking all Lowes stores (5) in my area, and looking over 30 or so, I finally found the one with least amount of damage (caused by careless and poor handling and shipping) most were stacked or stood on end on upper racks requiring tracking down and ...

Does the lid have to be up to open the drawers, or do they latch another way? I plan on using this in a vehicle that only has 32" ceiling clearance, so the lid probably won't quite open completely, but I want to still use the drawers obviously.
