What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this touchless faucet for its sleek design, intuitive sensor functionality, and high-quality build. Most highlight the straightforward installation completed in under an hour and smooth water flow with adequate pressure. The touchless feature is frequently commended for eliminating germ transfer during meal prep and handwashing. Nice but could be better

Would Not Recommend

Nice faucet but could be better. The control box is in an awkward position and not enough hose to move out of the way of the weight. Also the touch shutoff closure is rather abrupt and caused some water hammer. Finish is great.

Sensor lasted 2 days

Would Not Recommend

Sensor worked for 2 days. Then the red led would flash when, but no water flowed. Turned switch to bypass the sensor so we could use the sink, and when I received text that our plumber was in route I turned sensor back on and it started working again. It worked the rest of the day, then when we got up this morning it would not work again. Thinking we will probably send faucet back for a refund and purchase a Delta or Kohler.

Spray toggle button broke 2 years in

Would Not Recommend

Have been using this faucet for 2 years, and the button that switches from regular to the powerful spray (not sweep) - has essentially broke, and it is now stuck with both aerated and powerful. It seemed nice at first, but even the sensor is quite frustrating, so much so I would say switch to manual mode.

Very pleased

Would Recommend

So far I’m happy with how it looks. The touches pieces pretty good, but sometimes it’s very sensitive with the on/off.

Excellent Faucet

Great faucet just one issue which is minor. The faucet has to be on for the touchless to work.
