A Riff on Retro with a Modern Twist
The faucet looks nice and is working well so far. While the installation isn't terribly difficult, the instructions aren't the best. For example the text skips from step 8 to step 12. 9-11 are in pictures only and some of the views are inaccurate. Great Faucet!
I absolutely love the look and feel of this faucet set. I didn't want a flat or hard-edged faucet, which was what I was seeing a lot of when on the hunt for our bathroom update. This faucet and knobs keeps the look soft and accessible, suggests a retro throwback without being antique looking or pretentious, and is a great quality. I also like that the faucet isn't super low or set back too close to the back of the sink. I would definitely purchase this again!

Spout and handle are not square
This faucet was impossible to install perfectly square as there was clearly a manufacturing defect resulting in the spout and the handle being slightly out of square. So on install I could have a straight spout but crooked handle or a straight ah for but crooked spout. Also had to wait an extra week and a half to get this faucet because Lowe’s sent me the wrong item the first time.

Use only in thin countertops
Product not recommended for installation in a granite countertop. Threaded stem not long enough to be able to use the baseplate and tapered transition piece. Has to be mounted without baseplate to be able to thread on the locking nut with washers.

Not as responsive as expected
Looks beautiful but when the faucet is turned off, it doesn’t shut off right away like all other faucets I have ever used. It slows to a dribble and then a slow drip and then turns off. Very disappointing responsiveness and performance from this brand. Installed brand new and followed all the instructions. We have installed other faucets (some even cheap off brand ones) before and not had issues previously. No way for me to know if this is a lemon or a design flaw unless I want to try buying ano...

Follow the directions carefully.
Definitely read and follow the directions with this faucet. Kohler are admittedly not my favorite faucets to install (Pfister and Delta seem to be a little more straightforward), but it's hard to argue with Kohler for looks. Definitely easier to install on a new sink installation than retrofitting an existing setup, but it's certainly doable. Smaller hands help!

Great Faucet, not super user friendly install.
The faucet works great, but the install design its quite as user friendly as some other faucets. I like it when they provide the plastic tube wrench you can twist with a screw driver. This didn't come with one and it didn't match the ones I had saved from other sinks. It was hard to get the nut/ring/screws that secure the faucet to the vanity top tight enough.
