What Customers Are Saying

The Kohler Crue kitchen faucet is generally well-received by customers. The majority praise its attractive, modern design and high-quality construction. The pull-down sprayer functionality is widely appreciated for its convenience and versatility. Customers report the faucet is easy to install and use, with intuitive controls and powerful water pressure. Nice looking but impractible

Would Not Recommend

Once faucet is placed in "spray" it does not release and go back to a solid stream, next time you use faucet. So when you turn on faucet it sprays water sprays all over the place. Also just noticed that the "power boost button" is stuck and does not work.

Appearance is very nice. Not happy with spray.

We have been remodeling our kitchen. We added new granite countertop. I had to purchase a new faucet before installation. I purchased the faucet on July 15, 2026. It was installed on September 18, 2026. My previous faucet was Kohler, which we had for over 20 years. I am not happy with the way the water comes out of the sprayed. It kinda sprays outward. I am wondering if a new spray head would make a difference. It is almost like the outside holes spray outward instead of downward. Would...

Lowe’s installers caused leak. Refused refund.

Installers caused a leak in my kitchen that resulted in water damage. Lowes refuses to refund the installation I paid for.

Water Leak

It's beautiful, but after two years of use water started leaking between the removable extendable faucet and the spout itself. For the price, this should not be happening.

Great faucet for a straight neck

Would Recommend

The neck points straight down, which you may or may not like/need. Good looking and well made.

Disappointed

Quality of construction is ok but functionally it doesnt work well: spray pattern is narrow so coverage for rinsing is poor…concentrated flow caused splatter around the sink area but the high pressure flow doesn’t seem to dislodge stuff in the pans well. I’v replaced it already…sorry I got it in the 1st place.

Nice Faucet but not perfect

Nice Faucet. Looks good in my remodeled kitchen. The only thing I don't like is the weight that pulls in faucet is not heavy enough and it's awkward since I have to push the faucet back up all the time.

Replaceable sprayer head

Great faucet. I bought the faucet for the replaceable sprayer head, that I don’t need a plumber to replace. Also make cleaning of the sprayer head easy.

Gorgeous Faucet!

This is exactly what we were looking for. It is sleek and minimalist, and the functionality of the steady stream vs the sprayer are both excellent. It handles pressure well and the buttons are very intuitive.
