What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the drain's sleek, modern design and solid construction, with many highlighting its seamless fit, quality finish, and ease of installation. The brushed nickel and chrome finishes enhance bathroom aesthetics, and reviewers appreciate the precision engineering and included components. However, a notable group reports serious overflow drain sealing failures, with some experiencing leaks that damaged ceilings. Despite these critical issues with the gasket and sealing mechanism, most customers find the product's design and build quality worthwhile for their needs.
