IRIS 6 -Pack Letter and Legal-Size File Storage Box with Airtight Lid Medium 8.0 -Gallons ( 32.0 -Quarts ) Clear Stackable Tote with Latching Lid

Good quality, but sizing misleading/parts missing

Dimensions as shown are of the exterior and the 14.5in with is over the widest part of the exterior (lid/top), NOT the interior dimension or exterior at the bottom, so 13in documents will not fit inside. Similar issue with the length measurement being of the longest part at the lid/top. Plastic overall seems good quality, but the handles can pop off and one box from the 6-pack I ordered was missing some handles. There's no way to return an individual from the pack, so I have to either return all...

Two handles arrive broken, but...

After checking the reviews, I had this set ordered for pick up in store. I opened the box before accepting it as I knew there was a high probability of broken handles. Sure enough, two handles were broken. But LOWE'S staff was able to compensate me for the broken product with a discount. Thank you🙏

Don't order these online

Arrived with all boxes warped and 3 parts irreparably crushed.

Good customer service

Good product value. Good customer service. My order shipped missing 4 blue latches out of 12 boxes. I contacted customer service and they asked me if I wanted reimbursement or replacement. I told them to just ship me 4 more latches which they did. The latches arrived promptly and I installed them. No hassle, no problem. I would have given a 5 but I did have to get missing latches.

Sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy box that will hold a standard amount of files. Seem to be able to hold the weight of 4 if stacked on top of one another. Lid easily pops on and off. More color options would be nice i like black because hard to see into.

Just what I wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was exactly the size needed. It is very sturdy and can store heavy items nicely. They protect my documents and smaller office supplies. They work nice with file folders you buy for these type of containers. It easy to file paperwork n cover back up.

Protecting my files and saving space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We lost several files when a broken pipe flooded our house last winter. It was a wake up call to better protect our files. This is a well built product which seals well. We've moved many of these files in our new packaging to the garage. It's protecting the files, keeping them dry and prevents the build up of sweat. Solid box with plenty of space for files.

Great file tote!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tote a few weeks ago to put files in to carry from my office to my car on a daily basis. It’s very study but also lightweight at the same time. It’s great for every day use and it is a good quality material.
