I've used the stove for about 4 months and issues at all. I do prefer the burners over glass top. Easier to clean and use

White paint cracks in control panel

Very low quality with very limited features. Slow to preheat. Control panel paint scratched while cleaning less than one year old

Unable to boil

Why does the heat turn off before a pot boils. Then heats up again. It takes twice the time to boil water

Terrible stove /oven design

The stove/oven has multiple design flaws. I wish I had known before I bought it. Design flaw number one, the stove top itself is not insulated from the burners. So The stove top becomes so entirely hot that it cannot be touched anywhere without causing a severe burn. Design flaw number two, the elements. The elements have some sort of temperature control device that does not allow the burners to stay on. They turn themselves off intermittently even while you’re cooking. It’s almost impossible to...

Bad purchase

It broke after just before a year. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing. That’s why they only give a 6 month warranty.

Great stove!

Growing up my mom had one and had to follow her steps. They heat up perfectly and to top it off easy to clean.

Burners are terrible!

We've had the range for months now and are very disappointed in the burners. The "Sensi-temp technology" is terrible! You can't even finish cooking a meal before it shuts off, forget trying to fry bacon. I read a review from someone else and had the same complaint, GE's reply was to use a different pan to cook in. We shouldn't have to do that! Also, the bottom drawer doesn't just slide out, it comes falling out! I have to say, I cannot recommend this range. My question is, can we replace these b...

Simple to use controls and a bright clock and good

Easy to use maintains constent heat and controls are simple to use and love the clock

GE Range

Very poor when trying to Fry food the burner cool down so low that your food actually stop cooking and the coding on your food is ruin. I wouldn’t recommend this range to anyone. I would look for someone who care to reach out to me. My email is listed below.

First Oven!

I am a first time home owner and bought my house in October. This oven was one of the first things I had the pleasure of using and have not had a single issue with it since the day I moved in. I've hosted dinner here several times, including Thanksgiving, and was able to keep everything steady flowing and prepared the whole time. Very thankful for this product and any future GE products I may acquire.
