I thought I was being smart in buying the Lowes protection plan when I got this, but their plan doesn't cover it until the warranty is up. So when the fridge died 2 months after it arrived, I had to deal with Frigidaire, which handed me off to Curtis International, whoever they are. It took 4 days and a lot of back and forth with photos before they decided they'd issue a refund. But I have to dispose of the old fridge and I'm still waiting to see if they're really going to cover the entire price...

Damaged

Would Not Recommend

Was damaged, manufacturer said I had to return to the store, I called the store. They said I needed to bring it in. When I got to the store, they said oh, we could’ve offered you a discount for that little amount of damage. Not helpful at that point. Very, very, very disappointed.

A Beautiful Lemon

I thought I got a broken fridge so I took the first one back. (Could not regulate temp, ruined food etc). Exchange version barely works better. It took 3 weeks to stop fluctuating 8 degrees up and down. It stays at 40 and a bit under IF you barely open it. If you put groceries in it takes forever to get the temp down. I don't believe it's safe. Will be returning this one too.

Pros: nice design, good for slim spaces and utilizes vertical space nicely, freezer works great and stays at negative temps, nice storage in freezer. Cons: fridge will not stay below 40 degrees even when on highest setting, if door is open to load groceries it will get over 50 degrees and take forever just to get back to 40 but won't go under, drawers don't have stopper so they will just come right out, fridge shelf spacing is awkward, fridge door shelves are so short so things tip over every ti...
