50 procent damaged
Ordered four units two of them were cracked in places. Was able to use just because my project required some cutting. Was able to cut out damaged areas.

Perfect size and color
This must be a popular product because I waited quite awhile for it to come back in stock. It was worth the wait. The color is the perfect shade of brown, the smaller lattice size provides much more privacy and are more attractive than the larger, and the 4x8 size with the finished framing fits perfectly where I wanted it. It is well made and I will purchase again.

Picked up this order after waiting for them for 10 days. Unboxed, and two out of the four are broken. It’s been impossible to try to talk to a person! I’m still trying and the phone continues to ring. So…….
