The product was easy to apply, did not change the look of the patio slabs as promised and we are very happy with the results. My husband did it himself, approx. 1,000SF patio. It rained for the first time after we used the sealer and it was visible how the water was pulling and not absorbing through the slabs. Thank you Foundation Armor!

Outstanding Product
I purchased this product to reseal my Everstone patio floor. I power washed my floor, let it dry, then applied this sealer using a sprayer. I followed the product directions and the end result is fantastic! My floor looks brand new! I highly recommend this product. I did tons of research on different sealers before settling on this one.

Easy application, no discoloration on new concrete
It goes on easily and seals concrete nicely. I used it on a smooth-finish garage and a brush-finish driveway. In both applications, it worked great, with no discoloration at all.

As advertised.
First time using this product. It was not the cheapest, but the excellent reviews and durability of the product sold me. I pressure wash my driveway, then applied 2 coats. It went on very well with a roller. So far so good. I won’t know for 100% for 2-5 years from now. FYI… the cheaper sealer lasted about a year and I won’t buy it again.

A proven, solid performer
Over several years now I’ve applied this product to my flagstone walkways and patios, and just 10 days ago to the first portion of my driveway. In every case application of the sealant was easily done and, more important, yielded the desired results. This product is as advertised. It was very easy to work with. I have a very large driveway and sidewalk. I used a basic pump and it worked perfectly. I just applied it about 2 weeks ago. I can't say if it's going to last 7-10 years, but it was worth the money.

As described - simple, effective, no color change
The waterbased sealer was exactly as described - great stuff! It went on my 23-year-old concrete driveway easily and absorbed very quickly. No color change at all. Water did not bead up (as they stated it might not) - but the driveway looks great (I’ve never said that about a driveway!) - and it is obvious that water isn’t soaking in (a month after application in Texas). I’ve never used this type of product - and was dubious - but I am VERY pleased with the product and results.
