Great product when sent the right part!

Would Recommend

We ordered a floor and 3-piece wall system. The box for the floor said "right drain" but we were shipped a "left drain" floor. This caused a delay getting our shower installed. It wasn't Lowes fault. It was Flexstone's fault. We called Flexstone asking them to expedite a replacement floor. The man who my wife talked to wasn't very cooperative and blamed Lowes. However, we did receive a correct replacement within a few days and the install continued. We still have Flexstone trim to add.
