Can’t use

Can’t shut the door because it was hanging from the begining. wasted $1,400.00

Door lock was broken out of the box

Customer Service personnel was rude, was hard to understand and could barely understand english. This product cost a lot of hard earned money and took a long time of saving to purchase it, get it delivered and for it not to work the very first time I used it is not acceptable, now I am waiting for Customer Service to set up a technician to repair my brand new out of the box all in one washer/dryer this is not acceptable they should have sent a person to fix it ASAP or replace or refund 1299. Nothing but issues

I bought this washer dryer unit for my lower level area. It is two months old and I have had nothing but issues with it. I had to have the unit fixed because it kept having the E9 code which is dryer error so had a new part sent to have it fixed. Now after two weeks it is now flashing the error code of E2 which is drainage issue. This unit is way too expensive to have all these issues. I need some help please as it useless if things do not work on them.

Don't buy this poorly made expensive paper weight

I made the mistake of purchasing this in August of 24 all throughout 24 and 25 I tried to get the manufacturer to fix the problems that it wouldn't drive wouldn't work properly they failed then extended warranty kicked in in September of 25 Lowe's protection plan also failed did not do anything they sent repair people out three times were not able to fix it or even do anything close to making it work better is a piece of crap do not buy it save your money

Does not meet up to its claims

Even when following the guidance on proper load size, this fails to deliver clean and dry clothes consistently using the vented option

Bad service support with zero documentation

The unit did not come with any instructions for first time use. None. This meant that it was impossible to figure out how to perform a wash cycle without having to search for videos on YouTube and to try and fail to reach anyone at Equator's customer service line. This is a very poorly thought out product. Non-existent service.

Useless

Out of the box the appliance is dead. It was purchsed for a renovation that wasnt completed until yesterday, and was unboxed with an error that has to do with motor control board communication. No returns unless unopened. Water never even got to touch it and its useless without repair.

Poor Quality

Piece of garbage and unbelievably expensive to fix. Drain pump broke then control panel broke a month later. I have a similar model, also equator appliances, in another apartment which had the drain pump break 3 times over the course of a couple years. Broke again and finally just tossed them both.
