Doesn’t dry at all
1 hour drying cycle - clothes still drenched. Did spin cycle like 3 times and then ran dryer for 2 hour cycle, clothes still completely drenched. $1.5k just for something to halfway function is wild.

I love my new washer dryer combo, however because it came from a third party, Equator Appliances, I was denied take-away service and installation. I had to hire my own contractor to install my appliance and take away the old. This information should be more prominent in the advertisement that only basic—drop off on a pallet—delivery is available for this appliance.

Takes hours to dry
It will only dry light clothing (tshirt, underwear, etc. I have been drying the same load for hours today. I took the sweater out to see if that was the problem they got slightly dryer, but I just started another run of 2 hrs.
