Poor Quality

While the item looks good, the quality is very poor. I ordered two sets (a total of 4 panels) and when I opened the box I discovered that they were damaged in shipping. The product box has an awkward 6" void, which allows the panels to move around during shipping. No cushion protection at all.

Shutter Pickup

Merchandise was fine. Took almost fifteen minutes for someone to show up in the pickup area

Panels Slightly Different Than Pictured

Shutter is of decent quality. I bought the paintable version and applied a custom color. Recommend using a good primer under top coat. An important item to note is that the panels are slightly different than pictured - the top panel has a very thin rail at the top and is not as pronounced as pictured. The one in the picture was an exact match to my existing shutters while the one that was shipped was not - would have preferred an exact match. Wish they would update the picture.

Plastic

Based on my search request, I was tricked into thinking these panels would be wood, they were plastic. So much different than expected that the screws that Lowe's recommended I buy with these shutters wouldn't work because it would've ruined the plastic. Since this is a temporary fix for me I'm keeping them due to price point, however Buyer Beware, these are plastic and it's not noted anywhere on the product page.
