the 1st delivery date was 3 days from the order. then it was pushed back by 2 and a half weeks. when you need something fast, the wrong delivery date is frustrating. i would not recommend any one to order something they don't have in stock....

Missing components
The ramp was missing all the bolts to assemble it, and when I contacted the supplier to get the bolts, they sent me the wrong components. Lowes handled the situation great, but the supplier is questionable.
