The pan came with the corner flange cracked. Yes, I know, stuff happens. The packaging was poor and there was no protection for the most fragile, and most important part of the pan! See the photos. This pan was special order. It never left the store because it was jacked up. Been in the remodeling business over 25 years. Scheduling jobs and keeping customers happy and work flow smooth is really difficult when damaged products are received. It looked like it could have been a decent shower...

Warning: not idiot-proof!
Great product but would be helpful if you put a large warning sticker on the unit, since my moron installer didn't look at the instructions (or can't read) and didn't use mortar. Tile went on afterward and now we have a very squeaky pan and a difficult repair. Either we remove the tile that was set around it, and the pan, which will be costly, or we try and inject foam underneath. We are going to try the latter. It's unfortunate that you have to idiot-proof a product, but one big 'ol sticker...
