Description not totally accurate
We ordered this thinking it was a "direct to stud" but the walls are glue up. The only part that is "direct to stud is the base" make sure you read the spec sheets and installation guide before ordering

Horrible Product -Terrible Service
Why isn't there a ZERO STAR rating? Dreamline is terrible, Lowe's service is non-existent. This shower kit was ordered (and paid for) in Brushed Nickel. Unfortunately, it came with a mismatched bunch of chrome hardware mixed in. Lowes service rep says "Oh well, nothing we will do for you, take it up with Dreamline". We didn't pay Dreamline, we paid Lowe's. No help - go to Dreamline. After 2 weeks of hours on the phone and multiple e-mails, Dreamline says - So what !! We send chrome when we feel ...
