Toe kick design bad
The toe kick panel sits basically flush with the front of the cabinet. My feet kicked the panel in within the first week of using it, now I have exposed brad nails on the left and right side of the cabinet and need to figure out some solution to provide a proper recessed toe kick on the already-installed vanity.
OK vanity, but service/shipping was horrible!
Vanity has a nice appearance, although the one we received has a warped door on the left, so there's a 3/4-inch gap at the bottom where it doesn't meet the cabinet. It's not too noticeable, but would be if it were the top corner. Don't count on the 5 day shipping if you live outside of a major city; it took 6 WEEKS for ours to be delivered in a rural area, which held up our plumbing and countertop contractors considerably. Extremely disappointed
Cabinet was ordered on July 2. They claim 5 day construction. The vanity was promised by July 16 with a note that we would be updated every step of the way. We have had no updates and no cabinet. It is now the 21st. I will not order through Lowes again.

Good Product
Yeah this was a pretty good one. I looked at a lot. Its made of real wood and all 3 drawers function unlike a lot of them. Has soft close hardware. Have been happy - just ordered another one identical for another project.

Received Damaged
Nice looking vanity. However, we received it damaged. One side was almost totally separated from the groove it belonged in. Also the draws had become disengaged from the holes that hold them secure. Company is wonderful to deal with and promised to replace the damaged unit
