The product is well-received for its attractive and sleek design, high-quality construction, and user-friendly features. Customers praise the convenience of the pull-down sprayer, which provides strong water pressure and allows for easy cleaning and rinsing. The faucet is described as straightforward to install, with clear instructions and helpful included tools. Handle Falls Off and the Faucet Drips

Would Not Recommend

I had this faucet installed about Feb 2021. However, about 6 months ago, the handle started to keep falling off because the set screw won't stay secure. Also, the faucet drips about 2 cups of water every day. I live in a drought state, so this is very serious. I researched this and find that you must take the handle assembly apart and replace a cartridge inside of it instead of simply replacing a washer! It's past the warranty period, of course, so I'm stuck with it. I'm not going buy the cartr...

Nice faucet, but handle very tight

Would Not Recommend

I just installed this faucet and everything seems good. The biggest problem is the handle. It is very tight to turn on and adjust the flow of water coming out. after using a week or so, my wrist hurts from adjusting. Not sure if my product is defective or it’s like this in all products.

Don't buy the installation service

Would Recommend

Faucet is fine. I purchased the installation service offered through Lowe's and was treated to a nightmare of customer service. The Lowe's Angi platform booked a professional who resides in another state 300 miles from where I reside for the work. When he didn't show up, the service center could not figure out how to deal with it. Finally, I'm promised a booking within two days that does not occur until 6 days after the original technician was supposed to arrive. I kept getting texts from L...
