This is the second Lumen LED outdoor post cap that we have purchased recently that did not work even after exposure to bright sun for 4 days. Must return again!!

The product is good, however during shipping or handling the wood trim gets broken from rough treatment. Inspect them before you leave the store.

Postcaps look nice, but the Solar is not lighting
The caps look very nice, however despite receiving 80% Sun, the Solar Section is not lighting up at night.

Total ripoff junk.
On way to return these now. They either don't work when you buy them or fail soon thereafter. Lowes should stop carrying these immediately. They hurt Lowes reputation.
Great customer service from manufacturer
I purchased 2 this summer and one solar light quit working. Lowe's only sent a copy of manufacturer's warranty that excluded the solar components. I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the cap quickly.
Total junk
To be honest, these aren't even worth one star. Very dim light, lasts only an hour or two and very inconsistent. The non fluted lenses make very little use from the weak light output. Returned them.
don't buy!
Purchased two units. They give off very minimal light, even for solar led they are poor at best. Used them as driveway markers on top of two 6x6 entry post. You can't see the lights unless your a few feet away. After two months one died completely. Replaced the batteries and it came back to life but it will not shut off in daylight. Most likely the photo sensor is shot. This will probably destroy my $10 batteries. As one other writer mentioned the copper to looks bad after one year. Not sure if ...
Lighted Cooper 6" post caps
Had been looking for 6" deck post caps. When we found these copper topped lighted ones we were sold. Installed them as directed which was easy to do. We choose two. One each for the top posts of the stairs. They look and work great. We wish we had a way to attach pictures. They along with the non-lighted cooper caps for the other posts and cooper post down lights for the stair bottom makes the entire deck shine.

Don't Purchase!!!
I have ordered 14 of these lights an only 3 light up!! This is really sad that you pay all that money for them an then they don't work. Very upset over this~~!!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased these lights.ms
