Bought the oven in May 2022, within 2 years the igniter went out. $400 in repairs later we were back working. Less than a year the oven has stopped working again. I’m over it and ready sell it for scrap! Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Do not buy unless you like broken ovens

I don’t think you can buy a worse oven. We have had this model for less than a year and have had THREE (3) separate issues we’ve had to file claims for. Dented kick plate upon delivery (took over 6 months to ship us a new one) oven door SHATTERED, and now igniter won’t light. BUY IF YOU LIKE CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY OTHER WEEK

I purchased stove with 5 Yr extended service contract on Jan 25, 2023. May 2024 my stove ignitor quit working. Lowe's could not find anyone to service my Stove. I was able to find a service engineer who replaced the oven ignitor. It is now Jan 2025 my Ignitor quit working again. I called Lowe's warranty provider and again they were not able to send me a service engineer. They have offered a gift card but in the meantime I can't use my OVEN.. I was told I could use he gift card to buy a new ...
